Founder and CEO
Dr. Simon (Zhanming) Li founded Crosslight Software Inc. in 1995 based on TCAD software technology he developed at National Research Council of Canada. Crosslight Software has since become the best known TCAD simulation software vendor for optoelectronic and compound semiconductor devices.

Simon was the key founder of GaNPower International and coauthored two books on semiconductor TCAD and design as well as having about 150 academic papers, patents and patent applications to his credit.

Simon leads a team of experienced scientist and application engineers focusing on development of high voltage GaN for industry applications.

Co-Founder and VP, Business Development

Robert brings over 25 years of experience in technology licensing for semiconductors and power electronic systems. He has also served on the board of directors for public companies such as TSX listed LEIS Industries Ltd. Robert co-founded MegaHertz Power Sources Inc. in Nevada and later MegaHertz Power Systems Ltd. to commercialize IOT product applications. Robert and his associated companies are supporting GaNPower’s power electronic system design efforts.
